I have been connected with organisations since the outset of my work – my initial work as a counsellor was for Transport for London and London Underground Ltd and more recently I have worked as a counsellor in the NHS.
I have designed and delivered trainings for several organisations – workshops for employees and managers on harassment and bullying, and coaching skills for managers. I have evaluated coaching provision within an organisation. I design and facilitate training days for teams on work-related issues with an experiential focus and emphasis on personal development. I undertake individual short-term coaching assignments.
There is some cross-over with coaching and counselling and I enjoy working with the combination of personal and professional development.
