Supervision, Teaching and Training

I have been supervising counsellors and psychotherapists for the last eight years and at London Underground supervised student counsellors. My approach to supervision is a reflective discussion between therapist and myself focusing on client work. Similar to my approach to therapy, supervision is insight-oriented and rooted in psychodynamic understanding of human development and relationships.  The supervisory relationship is also humanistic in practice and supportive, incorporating the whole person of the therapist, client and myself in the process.

My fee for supervision is £70 per hour for individuals, £80 per hour for joint or group supervision.

I am course director for the NAOS Diploma in Trauma Therapy, a one year course for therapists, counsellors and other practitioners working with traumatised people. See the NAOS website for further information https://www.naos-institute.com.

Currently I am guest lecturer at Goldsmiths University on the MA in Counselling.
